Kanzen is a web based software for project management via Kanban boards and collaboration for businesses and individuals. Its unique set of features allow for management of tasks and projects in synchronized calendar, list and Kanban board interfaces. Drag and drop interface and real-time updates make it an intuitive solution for teams. Access to projects can be regulated and further customized to meet the requirements of team hierarchy and restrict access to sensitive data. High customization settings allow for flexible Kanban board implementations including WIP limits (per user, task or swimlane), column policies, ready signals and more. Tasks can also have assigned users, start date, deadline, task id, file attachments, external links, tags, description, comments, to do items and custom fields. You can send each task to email or print it if needed. A notification system will keep you posted with deadlines, task assignments, new comments and project owner announcements.

Extensive analytics and metrics will let you analyze and improve your business processes. Quick statistics from the dashboard will tell you average cycle time for your tasks, estimate time needed to complete all remaining tasks, amount of new tasks, card movements and chart with completion distribution. Furthermore, rich distribution charts, cumulative flow diagram, lead and cycle time diagram and changelogs are available for each project. Daily recap will display you a brief summary of each day for each project.Email integrations and features like external user invite, CSV import and export, adding tasks from email and more are just some of the features that you can find in Kanzen. When you add everything together it makes for a really efficient tool that will improve your performance.
