Just record your personal data at the first time launch of the app. There onwards record your body weight as and when you check your weight. It tracks the history of your body weight and analyzes your fitness requirement. The app lists and plots your weight trend. You can enter and view the weight in pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg).
