• Stock Market Freeware that works

  Pros

  Allows you to scan markets for potential stocks using preset indicators. Jstock will help find those stocks that might be worth your time. Reduces the hours of searching various stock scanners for that one stock that might be worth a look. Can set the scan for 1 or all 3 major US markets. Lets you create multiple watchlist and portfolios. Has numerous counties to search and scan for stocks. Can research history and monitor your dividend for those dividend stocks.

  Cons

  Takes a little getting use to but It's Not complicated. On the dividends, you have to add to total amount yourself. It does not auto calculate it for you.

  Summary

  Downloaded several stock market freeware programs. This is the only one that did not have any hidden agenda or one of those suck you in promos. This is freeware so it has it's limits. If you are new to investing and need a hand at just finding those stocks worth your time. Then this is worth a look. I Spent hours upon hours searching stocks with nearly every (free)scanner there is. Set Jstoct up to scan for RSI buy indicator, let it run for a few moments; sorted the list of stocks. Deleted all that did not meet my criteria. ie stock under X amount and stock over X amount and so on. Now I have a manageable list to focus my research on. It will not repeat will not pick out that magic million dollar stock for you but it will help tremendously in the search for it.
