My name is Josef Rakich and I am an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. Since I was a young man I have always taken part in sports such as athletics, sprinting, cross-country, rugby, touch, soccer and skateboarding. Soccer was my main sport, I played striker for the U18 top team in the Auckland 1st division, we won the championship. I also played in the U20 premier league. Skateboarding was my second passion and also a big part of my life, I was sponsored by an American company and over the years entered many skate competitions.
