It has just the right number of features; you can customize your conversion job, but you won't spend hours digging through menus and tweaking the program's settings. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a way to convert JPEGs to PDF files without a lot of fuss.

The program's interface is plain, consisting of a single screen that contains all of the utility's features. First, add the file or files you want to convert. Next, choose whether you want to use inches, centimeters, or millimeters as your unit of measurement. Select an output path, file name, and whether you want to create one or multiple PDFs. Adjust the page size and margin settings, choose whether you want the image centered or placed in the top left corner, and click Save PDF. The program quickly performs the conversion and deposits the new files in the selected location. That's really all there is to it. Fast, but files are sideways

For some reason, it turned all my JPEG images sideways. The JPEGs look fine on every image viewer I have, and will print in the correct orientation. But, for some reason, this program merged them into a single PDF with each page being sideways, and not in the same direction.
Summary
I can't imagine why it worked this way, nor why there isn't a way to correct it, but, as-is, it is totally useless to me. I gave it three stars for ease-of-use and speed.

Free. Portable, save it wherever you want. Only 312kb. Clean download without any junk. Drag & drop files to be added, or copy and paste them. You can have a number of files merged into a single pdf if you want. Name the output anything you want. Choose where you want it to go. As soon as you click on the save button, results are almost instant, and they are perfect.
Cons
I have found if I copy and paste a number of files in one go, they appear on the file list out of order. You can then move individual ones up and down in the list, but I avoid this by adding files one by one in the first place.
Summary
Forget the online converters where you have to give them your email address, and forget any software that has many more functions than you want. This little tool does just what it says and it does it well, it takes up no room on your system and it is always to hand when you want it. Wow! Tis program did the job of almost 15 minutes in just 5 seconds. I highly recommend this program for combining pictures in one PDF File.
