  Summary

  Attempted to split a simple 1GB MPEG-2 file into scenes. Terrible user interface: always defaults to the same useless MPEG-1 output setting, instead of defaulting to whatever the input format is. For each scene, I had to reopen the same file, and reset all the options. Whoever wrote this can't possibly actually use it--he'd go crazy and rewrite it if he did.. When I had my scene cut points properly set up, I told it to execute, and it instantly failed on all of them with no explanation as to why. Trying to re-execute, it says there are no jobs to execute, so I'd have to start over and set up all the cut points all over again. This is crapware.
