  Pros

  Product is simple and seems to work well. Searches and downloads job info from job boards. Sends email in response to job postings.

  Cons

  However, the product only accesses three job boards. There doesn't appear to be any way to add new job boards to the search. This is a major limitation and, unless you're a complete newbie, not worth the money.

  Its a great product, I'm amazed I didn't see it before. I've received more calls since I started using it. It really reduced the time I need to send all those resumes!!!

  Pros

  This is a great product. It saved me hours of work. What a clever idea!

  Cons

  The file is a little bit big to download and the application takes a while to load, but once it does it works smoothly.
