  Very user friendly interface.

  Cons

  I find this program impossibly slow when converting MXF to Apple ProRes - about 12 hours for a few files. Maybe I didn't get it right, but I checked and it seems I did. Also, customer service on te Jihoft side as well as the seller's side leaves a lot to be desired. They are virtually impossible to get a hold of.

  Great interface. Extre^mely slow to convert MXF to Apple ProRes. Poor customer service.

  Pros

  Total Garbage and totally useless. Tried it once and it didn't work.

  Cons

  I downloaded an HEVC file and then attempted to convert in to mpeg 4. IT FAILED!!!

  It's very powerful and easy-to-use. It has a nice interface. It supports many video and audio formats, it is very useful for me.

  Pros

  I downloaded this software to convert videos which were downloaded from web. It seems to be able to convert any format videos. Better than I thought.

  have not found any shortcomings.
