Im not advanced enough to use this program wisely

Pros
When I installed this program, it did speed up download speeds in 360sharepro program uu to 5x as fast.
Cons
You must have some knowledge of how Java works
Summary
Installing was fast and EZ but I wasn't sure how to use the program. Im above beginners level but I just had to just to play with it before I learned to work it
