The MyCOMPANY application, designed for installers, brings you easier access to your installations, which have only been accessible through a web browser so far. The application contains the following modules:- Device administration module: A popular module that will allow an installer of Jablotron devices to carry out simple online diagnostics of devices, check their status, information about the HW and FW version, information about GSM signal quality, communication status and many more functions,- Module for device registration to MyJABLOTRON: Simplification of the registration of supported devices to MyJABLOTRON by scanning the REG-KEY or the serial number with your mobile phone camera and entering a minimal amount of required information,- RMA complaint module: You can use this module to enter a complaint, fill in its parameters and attached photos taken directly by your mobile phone. This means that you will not have to fill in a paper complaint form any more. This module is also available in the web version of MyCOMPANY.- Birth certificate module: A module used to display a lot of information about a device whose serial number you will scan or enter into the application. The module will show you what device type it is, to what country and when it was shipped, what its authorized language versions are, whether the device has been registered to MyJABLOTRON etc.

The new version of the MyCOMPANY application is an important assistant for the administration of your company and your installations; therefore, we are continuously working on its improvement, bringing new and important functions that will make your care of your customers easier and more comfortable. The application contains the following new modules:- Change of user codes: After entering the service code the list of users will be displayed, offering you the possibility to change any user code. The user code change is supported both for control panels with prefixed codes and with unprefixed codes.- Blocking and switching off a device: in the already well-known list of devices you can now see the status of individual devices - whether the device is active, blocked or off. In addition, by clicking on a selected device you can change its status depending on its current status. A blocked device will not trigger an alarm or activate an output, but tampering and faults keep being monitored. A switched off device ignores everything, i.e. it will not trigger an alarm, report a failure, activate a PG, inform about tampering, send a report etc..TouchID for login: we have enhanced the user-friendliness of the login to the application by implementing the TouchID function - i.e. login by fingerprint. Those of you that have not activated the automatic login and are not fond of entering your login data over and over again can accelerate your entry into the MyCOMPANY application.
