Watermark still shows on paid version + no cust svc #

Absolutely none.
Cons
Paid for the full version and the iwinsoft watermark is still appearing on the output. Emailed customer service and no response. Called iwinsoft and the "provider" of the image converter has NO customer service phone number. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Pros
In my opinion the most complete and well-rounded, easy to use app to create cd labels. The best in its sector.
Cons
Prints directly to DVD with Epson printer, no calibration needed.
Summary
I have been using this product for well over 2 years. Never had any trouble with stability at all. I recommend this to anyone.
Recommended software, It for me a very good experience!

Took a fancy an Rating, with a skeptical attitude trial of the software, only to find that the software indeed good, if you need to create labels still using the good

Counter intuitive interface with limited help functions

It will indeed print a label on a cd.
Cons
I have used MAC, Microsoft, and Adobe products so I am used to counter intuitive interfaces; however, iwinsoft is the worst I've ever seen.
Summary
The help menu doesn't include information on image masking. Youtube is usually a wealth of information on tutorials, but not for this product. The company website is lackluster at best, and only has a brief FAQ section, and no tutorial I've been able to find. And of course, as I purchased it by download, ho hard copy instructions to read.
v1.5.11 does not work at all under Snow Leopard

Summary
The real problem is that the producer does not appear to be a reputable company. I informed them the product does not run under Snow Leopard. An agent got back to me quickly by email and acknowledged there was a problem. I informed him that I needed the product for use within a week to complete a job, and if he could get me a working version by then, I'd be satisfied. He did not. I asked for my money back, since at that point i had to get a different product to do the job. He refused. Indeed, he did not reply to two emails asking for a refund. My credit card company has refunded me the amount, which in any case is fairly small. But this company clearly demonstrates no aspirations toward customer satisfaction or to living up to the claims they make in their advertisements. i will never buy anything from them again.
Look elsewhere for Mac DVD label maker software

Pros
Cheaper than some other Mac DVD labeling software. IF you finally get it to work correctly, it does the job.
Cons
Not Mac friendly. Terrible and unintuitive design. Difficult to use. Takes for ever to load and to save. Often crashes. Doesn't always save template even after saving. Regret purchase and suggest looking elsewhere for DVD labeling software.
Summary
If you have time and unlimited amounts of patience, this will eventually do the job. I would avoid it at all costs and look elsewhere for better software, even if you have to pay a little more.
Not impressed at all with this product!

It did not facilitate any rudimentary editing and or creative options.
Summary
This app is far from user friendly....and unless I just don't understand how it works it lacks features and editing software for pictures.

Needs more work on this software! Not user friendly. Won't let you resize imported picture like it says you can. Until improvements are made this software is useless to me.
