Developer’s Description
This app ONLY works with an installation of iVivaCloud.
App needs to be registered with iVIvaCloud installation by entering Domain ID, User ID and Registration Code supplied by the system administrator of iVivaCloud installation.
Please note that app screens are optimized for iPhone 5, 5S, 6, 6+, 6S and 6S+.
Functionality:
Purpose of this app is to take headcount during emergency evacuation or an evacuation drill. Based on the credentials entered during app registration, app will choose its operating mode: (a) Operator Mode, or (b) Normal mode.
Normal mode allows each registered user of iVivaCloud to count themselves as safely arrived at the assembly point during the evacuation. It also allows users to send a message to operators. Self-accounting option is only available when evacuation session is in progress.
Operator mode allows operator to record each staff member who has arrived at the meeting point. Staff member can be identified by entering "Card ID" or by scanning the "QR Code" printed on their identity card.
As each staff member is counted, app shows a count down indicating list of unaccounted staff members according to todays attendance recoded by Card Access system in the building. App allows operator to view details of any staff member, and to call to find where they are.
In Operator mode, app periodically synchronizes its data with other operators using the same app, thereby providing a single count list for every operator.
Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
