This used to be good.

Pros
This used to be good until I upgrade to Leopard and bought a new Mac DVD Ripper.
Cons
I made a second donation for the upgrade (required) and tried to contact the developer 3 or 4 times over a 4 to 6 month period to troubleshoot the non-working update.I got NO answer.

Easy to use, but crashes frequently.

I am using a MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz C2D, 2GB RAM, OSX 10.5.5. The first time I used the product I used the default settings and got a message that said one of the parameters is not supported. The software would not even tell me which field was invalid. I tried almost every format possible and each time the program would crash when I hit the convert button.
