Simple install and very easy to configure and use

Pros
I liked the fact it was a small download and did not require any additional components. ie no dot net etc. I already had Outlook setup and it picked up all my contacts. Minipop a nice feature.
Cons
Would like to see a call log and a better softphone.

Simple no thrills solution which does the job
