Features: Digital counter; Paperless collection; Consistency and foolproof; Project oriented; Easy exportation; Fast development;SOPARC (System for Observing Play and Active Recreation in Communities) is an observation tool designed to obtain objective data on the number of participants and their physical activity levels in park and recreation settings. Simultaneously codes contextual characteristics of areas including their accessibility, usability and whether or not supervision, organized activities, and equipment are provided. Expands SOPLAY by making separate scans for race/ethnicity and age groupings.iSOPARC was built under the project scope FCT/FCOMP-01-0124-FEDER | 014697/PTDC/DES/11807/2009:"Access to parks, Physical Activity behaviors and obesity: an urban population study".
