iSFV for Mac

When files are transfered across networks and different machines, there is a chance for corruption to occur in the process. This is why some packages come with SFV files that can be used to verify the integrity of the files. iSFV can be used as a quick utility to open these SFV files and do the checking. Version 0.3 adds reference to close window after verification, allow detailed mode to be default, adds Create/edit files.
