  Pros

  No more opening a command window!

  Cons

  No install utility, but then again, it's just a stand-alone program and a pdf.

  Summary

  This would eliminate 99.9% of the times I have to open a command window if it also included a "ping" utility. If I find a simple utility, like this is, that also does ping, I'll use it instead, until then, I'll have to use two programs or still go to the
