I like take photos with my family. One day, my little daughter deleted all the photos off my iPhone, I'm so angry about that. But, this iPhone Data Recovery helped me so much. My friend recommended this program for me, in the first time I don't know to use it for my iPhone 4. I just contact to their support, they are kindly to explain all the operate step. If your device is iPhone 4/3GS, iPad 1 and iPod touch 4, you need to download a plug-in according to the prompt, and follow the three steps below to enter scanning mode. 1. Hold your iOS device in hand and click the Start button. 2. Press and hold the Power and Home buttons at the same time for exact 10 seconds. 3. Release Power button and keep holding Home button for another 15 seconds. It's easy to understand and operate. Now, I can freely recover my deleted files.

Summary
I purchased the full version of AnyMP4 iPhone Data Recovery. It did not perform as advertised and I requested a refund the same day. I purchased this software because I had an earlier "Free Version" and it worked great. So it seemed to me that the paid new version would do more and perform better which it didn't do. Plus it offered a 90 Day refund policy. I figured I could not go wrong. After my initial request for a refund. I received an email that day asking for a more detail answer on what my issue was and I complied. I have sent three emails after this and still no response. It now has been almost a week and no refund or response. I have found a much better company offering the same type product (which works way better) and has excellent support. They will refund your money if you aren't satisfied. The company is Wondershare and the product is Dr. Fone for iOS. They were there well after the sale to help.
