Q: How do I use IoPT?

The process of scan consists for 3 steps:

- 1st step: scan a network(or a node) for fingerprints, the fingerprints scan collect information about open ports, running services and etc.

- 2nd step: provide an additional information requested for an issues scan, only the Terms and Conditions input is mandatory, all the others are optional.

- 3rd step: run an issue scan, to see if you have some security issue(s) in your network.

Q: What should I do, if IoPT did find an issue(s) in my network?

For each issue, which is getting tested by IoPT, there an additional information at http://dnovikov.pro. It includes technical details, recommendations, additional references and etc. You may also tap "MORE INFO" link in IoPT to get to the issue related post.

Q: How can I enable/disable certain plugin?

Please go to the "Settings->Plugins", you will see the plugin list with a checkbox for an each item, please check/uncheck the required plugin(s) and tap the check mark in the action bar.
