  Never lose your data. If your PC shuts down while you are in the middle of data entry you lose nothing. This program is so very stable and does not hang or crash.. Loads of options for entering your data. Lots of reports available too. Keep all customer communication within their account and bounce from invoicing to inventory, contact info, marketing and accounting, etc while still in within same customer. Support is easily obtained via email and within the program. Everything is clean and easy to read. View all invoices from within the customer or overview all. Modify invoice template to fit your industry. Options to use customer groups, sales reps, locations and more. Too much to list in this review. There are a lot of options you can tweak to your needs - and the whole program is easy to learn. Start up is quick and painless. If you are looking for a stable program that combines accounting, invoicing and more, download and try it out for yourself.

  Nothing notable to be faulted by the program. It is written in MS Access so you cannot use your mouse to copy/cut and paste

• awful after purchase support

  My piece of software Invoiceit Pro stopped working within 6 months of purchasing it and I was told thatthe problem may have occurred because of auto-updates of Windows or Windows Office that could have changed files needed by invoiceit and maybe a fix would be forthcoming - that was almost 2 months ago! I've checked back with them numerous times only to be fobbed off. I've just checked again with them and they said that nope - not yet! So i've basically paid for a piece of software that was supposed to last a lifetime but really only lasted a half year. I can't recommend this company as they don't take their after-purchase customer care seriously enough to get me and other customers up and running after a bug appearance.

  Summary

  Software is fine when it works but when my programme stopped working I found that after-purchase care and support is no good which has basically cancelled out the whole programme since it now doesn't work. Watch out it could happen to you too!

  This is the best software of this kind I've ever tried, it's so easy to use and takes no time to set up even if you've been using other software and it is cheaper than any similar product on the market. It has an amazing amount of features. I've just started using it but I'm sure it's going to save my company so much time and money and give us a whole new level of professionalism. It's reports, invoicing, tax statements and pricelist printing look great. I couldn't recommend it more.
