Pros
I like the ability to create reports that will run within Lotus Notes. We currently use Crystal Reports and the interface with Lotus Notes is not very good. I like the ability to embed charts and graphs in Lotus Notes which avoids exporting data to MS Excel to create charts and graphs.
Cons
The documentation is somewhat incomplete. There seem to be many features and options available that are not adequately documented.
Summary
I did work on a few different reports and I found it to be easy to work with.

Pros
After a bit of work, I found that you can make something with a nice look that can be more precise than what you would do with tables in Notes.
Cons
The help is not user friendly enough. For example, if you want to know how to write an IIF statement, there is no example, only the function and a description.<p>Could not figure out where to put a formula, in the LNQuery or directly on the report.<p>The databases that come with the product are really nice but simple. As soon as you have something a bit more complicated, it does not help.
