Preflight and package multiple InDesign documents.

InPreflight is a powerful all-in-one solution to operate with InDesign files. InPreflight Pro is the only program that can automatically package multiple InDesign jobs. Among other abilities, it can collect all files into one folder, eliminating the need to collect the same links multiple times for each design. The savings can result in gigabytes of disk space and hours of production time. In addition, packaged jobs can be sent automatically to FTP, SFTP, WebDAV and other destinations.

As a quality control tool, InPreflight quickly gathers extensive information about document fonts, colors and links and lets you instantly locate potential problems according to user-defined settings. InPreflight reports several important link attributes not available in InDesign, such as EPS/TIFF compression, embedded fonts in Illustrator and more. You can also create a detailed preflight report which looks like an interactive screenshot of InPreflight's window. Set up reports interactively, print and save as PDF or text.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />at first I when I tried I thought yeh great. Then when using with large jobs it picked up a few issues with my files, and I pride myself on perefect output to pdf... so now I use to all the time, as it is insurance to that you are supplying a file that wont come back and bite you. It is easy to forget when the pressure is on... this saves my butt. so thanks.

...place<br />This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I am sent a 60 page document each month to review before it goes to the printer. It is my task to make sure it is 100% print ready with no errors. Checking 60 pages worth of images for resultion, color mode etc with Adobe's built-in preflight is maddeningly slow to the point it is useless for me. This is soooo much faster and better than the built-in preflight. Many thanks to the developers... it was worth every penny and worked the second I installed it with no problems. It has saved my sanity and hours of work.
