Indian Comp Law (ICL) is your one click access to the Companies Act 2013/1956. The App provides access to the Bare Act along with the rules, notification, circulars and definitions under the new and old Act. The App also comes with a user friendly search, where you can search any content across different modules of the App. Under the Bare Act, you can check the sections, section wise and chapter wise. The sections under the Bare Act has in-built links to any rules related to that section. Key features:-Access Act, rules , notification and circulars at one go-While reading any section of the Companies Act 2013 read the corresponding section of the Companies 1956 along with it . -Find definitions of various terms used in the Act-Sections have in-built links to the rules content. So no need to check rules separately everytime. -The Content is updated on regular basis based on any new update. User friendly search The App comes with 7 days free trial package and in-App purchase. After in-app purchase, you will be provided a one year subscription of the App during which you can access its all the features.
