  NONE it does not work

  It crashed my windows 7 64 bit. I clicked the exe and instant blue screen saying dumping memory to save hard disk

  no installer saved into a folder and ran the exe file... after a few moments, it quit. never showed anything

  Pros

  Near zero resource consumtion. Zero installation or configuration. A caveman could do it. <p>If your webcam is connected and working, all you need to do is download, unzip to the desired folder, point the cam towards the area to be monitored, and start the app. Motion triggers a snapshot, which is saved in the Images subfolder of the folder where you unzipped the download file. Edit the initialization file to specify a different Images folder or to increase the maximum number of stored images. The default is 5.

  Cons

  Web-based storage would be a nice touch, but--for the love of Peter and Paul--it's a great little app as-is.

  Pros

  Extremely small download is perfect for dial-up users. Very easy to use and sensitive enough to get even the sneakiest people.

  I don't really have any cons. It's a greatlittle program!
