Imagistik is a versatile image viewer. It supports the common graphics formats, including multi-page Tiff files. The viewer has more than 20 edit and markup options, Optical character recognition (OCR), pagination options, screenshot, graphics format conversions, including conversion to PDF, thumbnail display. The support for XPS files allows you to use Imagistik as a printer driver tool to convert any printable document to a graphics file. Free for personal and student used; small license fees for corporate use.

Easy to install, friendly and simple layout.
Cons
It dose nothing to prove what it can do. Yes it can read varies types of formats, but hit the convert button and you are asked to upgrade to the PRO version. The price you are to pay is very reasonable, but WHAT CAN YOU DO!!

Just a document viewer, it dose nothing to show what it can. Maybe the next version will have fully use with with a limit.

I downloaded it to convert tif to pdf, but to use the program with pdf you had to pay for a $30 plugin.

In my opinion this freeware exactly does the necessary: it enables you to view tiff files. Since not all of our clients have a tiff-viewer installed, I may recommend this one.
Cons
No cons. Don't download it if you want the top of the range.

I did manage to get this installed. Maybe the others had an earlier version of windows? Anyway, this is a very basic image viewer that has a really small footprint, which is good. You can view tiff, jpeg, bmp, etc and can convert files to pdf with an additional add on ( but you cannot view pdfs, unfortunately.
It does install if you read the readme!
