ImageConverter allows you to convert an image to different popular image format such as BMP, GIF, JPG, TIFF in a few steps. Option to set a file type filter for images to show. Convert an image to popular formats such as BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG and TIFF. Control the quality level of the output JPEG image. Resize, rotate, or change the dimension of output image. Convert a large number of images at a time with an XML file (batch job). Rename output file name by specify the file prefix and starting number.

Good interface, but everything else sucks

Summary
The first computer I tried to run Image Converter on froze up upon loading it. The second computer I tried to run it on loaded it and converted an image sucessfully. However, the converted image had "UNREGISTERED VERSION" written over it in huge red letters. This is completely unnecessary. Because of this, and the fact that it wouldn't load the first time I ran it, I cannot say that I recommend using Image Converter.
