  i have a bunch of pdf's that I need to convert to jpeg. this doesn't do that, though it apparently will convert the other way, jpeg to pdf.

  Pros

  Does batch conversion of image files into PDF files, either as a single document or a merged file. Performs well in this regard. Has many other features which I have not tested. Lite version is free and contains no restrictions or nags that I have discovered yet.

  Cons

  Application is large (24mb download which includes .net framework) and slow. Takes several seconds to load on my machine. Interface is ugly and annoying to use. To batch convert I have to load the main program, wait several seconds, go to the batch conversion section, click through a folder tree to find my files (no typing the location or dragging files to save time), add the ones I want, set various options (it doesn't remember them from last time), then convert. If converting to individual PDFs it places them in the same folder by default. If merging to one PDF, it defaults to My Documents which is annoying and inconsistent. The various sections of the interface are not resizable making it very hard to read longer file names.
