Vogue: Its like a game, you open the application and follow the instructions for any of the 7 relaxation exercise programs GQ: It has come to fight your stress The latest fury of Europe, iDStress has been reviewed by nearly one hundred European press publications, sold thousands in Spanish and French, and has now launched the English version of the application. The application is one of the most efficient tools of its nature to aid relaxation. It was developed by stress therapist and crane sacral osteopath Ana Lombard, founder of the Enlace Centre of Barcelona. All of her treatments were originally practiced live with Enlace patients. They were so successful that patients began to record the relaxation sessions on their phones, so they could listen to them again at home. iDStress has gone one step further having developed a complete application containing both the sound tracks and extra interactive features. iDStress brings relief to people suffering from insomnia, panic attacks, anxiety, inability to concentrate, the stress of everyday life, medical problems and stress from pregnancy. The ultimate goal of iDStress is to teach how to relax on your own, and eventually not depend on a therapist human, or electronic.
