It eliminates the need to write reports for inspections and safety rounds.iControl isn't just a checklist app, it also comes with a fully fledged issue tracking system. As soon as you create an issue, that issue gets put into a report and sent to the responsible subcontractor. The sub can now close the issue by clicking a link in his e-mail. The sub will also be able to attach photos, look at blueprints and respond to the superintendent.
