Cmd-click to launch URLs; services in contextual menus.ICeCoffEE lets you open URLs in some Mac OS X applications by Command-clicking on them. It adds a "Services" menu item in many contextual menus, and optionally to the menu bar as well.

I've been muddling through, but now I can go APE again!
So far, so good... No conflicts, no gremlins, my cat is still alive, and my house has not, I repeat... NOT, burned down.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Apple should do this on OS X themselves! I never used the Services menu before because it was such a pain to access, but now I use it quite frequently. This is a good, solid piece of freeware that fills a gaping hole in OS X, where Apple got 85% done with services and then moved on. Of course part of the problem is Apple's moral objection to a standard two button mouse, but thankfully IceCoffee steps in and does Apple's job for them.
Thanks for the b!tchin' app!
Abso-tively, posi-lutely incredible

Kudos to Nicholas for updating this must-have utility for Tiger so quickly. This is definitely one of the best additions you can use to enhance the usability of your Mac; I can't imagine using mine without it.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I'm glad to have IceCoffEE back in Tiger. So I like to rate it 5 Stars. But the using of APE is a criterial that votes it down to zero.
I was glad to have banned APE form Tiger but needed it for URLManger Shared Menus. Now I "must" have these installed because of using these two helpers. Therefore I'm not lucky about that...
Very good job,

Personally, I've had zero problems with the APE framework, and I'm glad that iCeCoffEE uses it... that way the author can concentrate on simply adding features to the plug-in rather than making sure it behaves correctly with every application (which is Unsanity's responsibility).
Were it not for Unsanity creating a unified plug-in architecture for OSX, it would be extremely difficult to deploy system-wide 'hacks' like were prevalent in OS9.
If you're having problems with APE, e-mail Unsanity with a bug report and hopefully they'll fix it... posting unfounded complaints at versiontracker is dubious at best and won't do anything to solve the problem.
I've used iCECoffEE since it was called iCEtEE way back when (in the classic MacOS) and I find it invaluable.
