No Customer Service-Registration Not Working At All!

- <br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 26, 2013<p/>Ok, I am removing this software from my system. Summerstormpictures is correct in stating there is no customer service. I attempted to call iCall and was unable to reach the company. Web registration is broken, i have no way of using this software.
Registration and Customer Service completely broken

- A completely broken registration process. Not a good first impression. I tried to sign up, including creating a password. I was then told my password did not meet the requirements. I tried again. I was told my user name was already in use. I tried to recover my password. It sent me a link to my email address to do so. It keeps sending me back to a log in page&#8212;not a reset page. I give up after countless attempts, try to contact customer service. I am told it can only be done by logging into my account.

- A completely broken system devoid of any customer service contact. Not a good first impression at all.
