  Pros

Ease of use, tech support excellent, user interface is easy to understand; very feature-rich without being bloated. Modern and has features the "big names" charge extra for including ways to reach out to clients in digital fashion. Easy to customize - templates are easy to create and re-use. Images can be attached to a file as well. Have been using this software for over a year now and no complaints. Tech support is there when you need them, and software comes with video tutorials. Tech can dial in and show you what you need to do.I have 2 copies running now for and they can be sync'd to a master, so mobile and office practice can co-exist. I am also a mixed practice so multiple species and varied formats and needs. Can add pictures to accounts for pet photos, tracking wound care, and more. Data is stored locally and can also be in the cloud or backed up. And it runs on a laptop! Free trial version is worth your time to check it out. Watch the videos.

  Cons

No real drawbacks. USA users will need to set units and dates to US formats and units, but it is easy to do with settings in software.

  Summary

I have used the "big names" and this software stands right up to the big ones, and more. Easy to use, extremely easy to customize, and less expensive than anything else on the market. And your database is local to you! Not stuck in the cloud where have to be online, but local to your own machine so always there, always on. I am very pleased with the features and ability to get the job done, not to mention the price. For a startup or a mobile practitioner, from a desktop to a laptop, this is the way to go!
