Summary
Had some issues at first and it took sometime before customer support responded but they DID RESPOND which was reassuring. Overall a very good program and I woul recommend it to anyone.

None!!! This product simply does not work....great concept and easy to use but I keep getting an error that says "Cannot load this file." on every dvd I try to import and the one dvd I was able to import the picture and sound quality was very poor.
Cons
I've emailed their technical support department several times with no response...there is not a phone number to call for customer service this product and service is garbage!!!!

Was able to import youtube video and audio just fine.

Was unable to load 5 out of 5 DVD's I tried to import.
Summary
This product would have been great if it worked as advertised for importing dvd's. I paid $22 for the Gold edition and it did not work, I have contacted support and I'm waiting for a reply/refund. Will update this review if I get a response back.
