  worked as advertized creates an entry for each number, so the saved file has name repititions, easy enough to fix

  I've only used it today, but it works well with no problems, win7 & razr 3xx.

  Pros

  It's cheaper than MobilEdit and PhoneTools? (But there's a reason for it--it can't do jack!)

  Cons

  I already had my phone installed prior. (Thank god, apparently, from the other reviews.) However, once I got it running and it had allegedly loaded all the data from my phone, all it could recognize was my two custom ringtones. Wtf?

  Summary

  TERRIBLE! If you want media off your phone, this ain't your ticket.
