Manage your Humana Pharmacy prescriptions all in one app. Set up pill reminders and enjoy convenience with these time-saving features: REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS. Scan the barcode of your pill bottle or enter your prescription number manually. Schedule or set up auto-refills so you're sent the next batch of refills on time. Note: auto-refills are not available for Medicare members. PILL REMINDERS. Remind yourself to take your medicines so you're sure to take them on time, as directed. MY PRESCRIPTIONS. Manage your Humana Pharmacy prescriptions in one location. Toggle between all your prescriptions and those you want to refill. SWITCH CURRENT PRESCRIPTIONS. Take a photo of your pill bottle and switch a prescription over to Humana Pharmacy. Even if your plan hasn't started yet, you can submit a request to switch your prescription. SPECIALTY REFILLS. Order refills of your specialty medicine. These include medicine to treat complex and rare conditions like cancer, HIV or multiple sclerosis. VIDEOS TO LEARN MORE. Scan your pill bottle to watch a video about your medicine. Get info on its benefits, side effects, dosage and more. ORDER STATUS. Track the progress of your orders and see which ones are pending, shipped or cancelled. See visual icons of where your order is in the fulfillment process. REFILL MEssAGES. Find status updates when your medicines are running low or almost out. Messages are highlighted in your Notifications and in My prescriptions. PILL IDENTIFIER. View images of your pills and compare old and new images of the ones that have changed. HIGH PRICE ALERT. Receive an alert when your copay is over your set copay limit, between $30 and $999. Change your copay limit at any time. Note: we will call you for all order more than $250 unless you turn this feature off. NOTIFICATIONS. Get updates about your account such as refills available or order delays, and and see which ones require action. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES. Set your preferences to receive your notifications by email, phone or text. SHOP PRODUCTS. Shop over-the-counter (OTC) products with the Health and Wellness credit that may be part of your member benefit. BADGES AND CHALLENGES.
