  We booked a hotel for tonight (within 24 hours of when we wanted to stay there) just like we always do...only to find out that because they are now booking days in advance, it was booked for the next day!!! There was no warning until the conformation came back with tomorrow date- when we will already be on a flight. When we called to change the reservation they said, we could not be reimbursed and that they can not change the booking for today....Since it is non-refundable, the $200 we spent on the hotel stay we would lose BUT if we would still like to use their app to book a room for tonight they would give us $25 dollars credit for the inconvenience!! Basically the current PROMO CODE deal! Highly insulting! What is even more disturbing is that we actually went to the hotel that they wouldn't change the date for and they DO have rooms available and they are 100 dollars cheaper for tonight!! So if Hotels Tonight cared they would have been able to at least switch the room for the correct night. We will never use them again...its really too bad we travel a lot and really liked the app before we dealt with the customer service reps!

  I love Hotel Tonight. My girlfriend and I have used it a number of times in San Fransisco, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Las Vegas, and not only have we gotten fantastic deals, we've gotten some really, really great hotels.
