As moms, we created this service with our own kids in mind and safety is embedded in everything we do. We have special insurance specifically designed for transporting kids. CareDrivers must have at least 5 years of childcare experience and pass through a rigorous 15-point certification process including meeting every driver in person, reference checks, background checks, DMV checks and car inspections. HopSkipDrive is easy to use. Book single rides, repeating rides, multi-stop rides, and carpools right in the app or on our website. Once you've booked your ride you can also use the app to see a photo and full biography of your CareDriver, get real-time updates, track your child during their ride, and call or text your CareDriver when necessary. Even if you don't use the app though, don't worry as we also have a US based team live monitoring every ride to ensure we're only making your life easier.
