Users only pay for the minutes they use without being tied to any plans or packages, making it a flexible option for communication. Once logged in, visitors can receive notifications when an inmate is available for phone or video calls, as well as messages, depending on facility permissions. The app also facilitates the scheduling of onsite visits, where permitted, while remote video visitations do not require prior scheduling.
