For at least a few houses in every neighborhood, putting up holiday lights is a serious artistic endeavor. This program allows users to create a rough draft, stringing virtual lights on a picture of a home, office, or anything else that needs decoration. The application allows users to experiment with various bulbs and decorations, try out different blink speeds, choose the time of day, or apply effects that make it appear to be foggy or snowing. In our tests, the lighting appeared quite realistic, with a simple interface that allowed strings of lights to be virtually hung with only a few clicks. For users who want to skip the hassle of hanging lights in real life, pictures can be printed or e-mailed. We had a few quibbles with the program's design, however. The program window can be enlarged only when previewing a result. The application is resource-intensive, and may slow down even powerful systems. The demo version disables many useful features. Nevertheless, we would happily recommend the program to ambitious holiday decorators who want to try out a design before climbing on the ladder.

Pros
Able to bring pics of your house, or building and overhead shot of the lot. Place your lights and see what they will look like ON your house.
Cons
Lacks side photo area
Summary
If you are planning on putting up several strings of lights, with or without a sequencer this will save you time. If you are planning on using a sequencer, then this is a must have.

Pros
What is nice about this product is that you can put a photo of your house and decorate it different ways.
Cons
What i don't like is that when you put lights up they show up as dots and the way they blink, not sure if you can adjust them the way you would like it.

Pros
Allows you to import pictures of your house and move them around to get a good angle to work with.
Cons
Can't close the program with it crashing. The demo is far too limited, making it impossible to get an idea of what the full edition is like. Almost everything is disabled in the demo version. Scale feature is buggy and useless. Really missed the mark with this one.
Summary
Much better than I expected
