Hettich Star Club for Android

Scan product QR codes to collect points instantly, access installation training videos, and monitor redemptions from a single mobile workflow. Built by Nreach for Hettich's network, the app sits in the business-productivity category. It combines QR scanning, tiered club levels with bonus points, timely product notifications, and direct technical support during standard office hours. Designed for carpenters, contractors, and authorized dealers who need point-based rewards plus hands-on installation guidance.

How the app connects rewards to skill development for tradespeople

The app bundles on-demand installation instruction and reward mechanics so professionals gain both certificates and points. It hosts a library of training videos for skill upgradation and practical installation techniques, and it organizes members into tiered club categories that award bonus points as members advance. New members receive a joining bonus to accelerate their reward balance, helping translate learning into tangible benefits.

What workflow handles earning, tracking, and redeeming points?

The core earning step uses QR code scanning on eligible Hettich products to register purchases and add points. The app shows point balances and a redemption history in real time, and members can redeem points for bank transfers to registered accounts, gift vouchers, or catalog items. Some users report delays in verification for bank transfers, which affects the final payout timing in practice.

Is the app practical for on-site adoption and daily use?

The app runs on Android devices and receives regular updates to maintain compatibility with current mobile operating systems. Its digital interface replaces physical paperwork for loyalty management, so tradespeople can manage balances and process redemptions while on-site. Membership is free for eligible trade partners, and account setup and verification occur inside the app without additional offline forms.

How does the app support technical queries and keep professionals informed?

Direct technical support is available by phone or email during standard office hours, offering installation help when tradespeople need it; support access is routed through the app. Push notifications alert members to product launches and promotional schemes, keeping teams informed about eligible items and bonus offers. The developer maintains the channel loyalty infrastructure that ties support and rewards into a single program.

The app fits manufacturer-linked trade teams, not platform-agnostic workflows

The app suits carpenters, contractors, and dealers who prioritize a direct manufacturer channel for rewards and skill upkeep, since it combines loyalty and professional development in one account. Teams that require cross-platform access or need immediate settlement should note the app's Android-only delivery and reported bank transfer verification delays before relying on it for supplier payments. Evaluate integration steps with your existing procurement workflow to avoid interruptions.
