For the past number of years the Hermitage Medical Clinic have had a website to educate referring physicians on the specialities and services that we offer. It is also an awareness and educational tool for our prospective patients and visitors. With iPhones reaching mass penetration in Ireland and abroad, the decision was made to launch the app to the digital space predominantly on iPhone. We have put a lot of work into designing a navigation system that is easy to use so you will have no problem finding the information you need. The app currently contains a choice of user type Patient or Visitor or GP or Consultant and then you can choose from items such as: Services Insurance InfoConsultant Directory Appointments Using the free app, patients and visitors can readily access comprehensive information on hospital services, travelling by car or public transport to the hospital and advice for overnight and day case patients.The app is essentially a pocket guide to the hospital and it enables users to easily navigate our services, to find us and to contact us if in need of further assistance.Often, patients using the hospital may be receiving treatment in a number of departments and therefore will have multiple appointments and doctors to visit. The apps consultant directory will be very useful in these instances
