  I think this program is probably a good program, but unfortunately, you cannot purchase it since MetaCreations went out of business. It's a "No Save" demo, so you'll only frustrate yourself by trying it out. If you like it and want to purchase it, you're doomed.

  Gif builder is too simple, this one is too complicated.Programers need to learn the pretty isn't everything. Drop shadows et all on the onscreen tools. Even fireworks which is an excellent animation tool is easier to figure out than tryin to figure out how you find the frame window too animate. Remember guys, elegance, simplicity, apple.
