Register your GPS device to the equipment its being installed on.

EASY SEARCH: Finding the right equipment in your list is fast and easy just search by code or description.

UPDATE METER: While youre at it, record the equipments odometer and/or hour meter to update its record in HCSS Telematics.

Verify everything is working before you leave the installation site.

CHECK FOR DATA: Verify the device is properly installed and reporting as expected.

ADD NOTES: Record installation notes for your fleet management team and for future reference.

ATTACH PHOTO: Snap a photo to confirm what was installed and where it was installed.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION: Document the installation by emailing an auto-generated report to your fleet management team. Details include the installer name, verification status, registration info, meter reading(s), installation notes, and photo.
