What I love most about guitar leads are the many many different leads that are played by some of the greatest guitar players of all time. - I already own all 5 volumes of Guitar Leads, but I downloaded the trial version of it just so I could leave a review. The Guitar Leads program is the first online music product that I have used that is actually fun! Can't go wrong with learning how to play leads, licks and riffs by great bands like Santana, The Doobie Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimi Hendrix, Bad Company, and many others! Learning how to play some guitar parts from some of my favorite songs is awesome! <p> <p>What makes guitar leads such a special tool for guitar players are the half-speed technology and the looping technology. I have only been playing the guitar for 3 or 4 years and the leads program has taught me how to play songs that I couldn't imagine being able to play for several more years. <p> <p>The half-speed feature is great because it helps out someone like me who needs to be able to hear exactly what is being played, and it slows down the lead /riff /solo so that I can practice working my way up to full speed. The looping capability is also awesome because of how unbelievably convenient it is! I have spent many hours rewinding and fast-forwarding songs so that I can try to figure out what the guitar player is doing.
