Shows your exact location on our mapping system within First Rail Support's control room system. This enables our team to;- rapidly locate you without having to contact you by phone- provide up to date information to our customers about your distance from the stationYou're in control of the tracking - we only track you when you input a valid Product ID and you select finish tracking at the end of your duty which stops sending us location updates. The app uses approximately 5MB of data per 12 hour duty which is the same as downloading one large photograph.Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.Your Product ID is on your diagram or you can get this from our control team.Thank you for helping us to improve the service we offer our customers.
