GSmsCtrl is an ActiveX control to access GSM-modem device for sending/receiving SMS using standard AT Commands protocol. This component is neatly built with nice and fast logic thread synchronization algorithm on serial communication data streaming and also fairly fast.

Version 3 adds delivery completion status on event feature OnDeliveryReport.
