GratisLite is a Free Rich Internet Application for creating quick sales, Invoicing & Quotes from any computer. GratisLite is a simple solution for any retail operation or service oriented business to have one place to create customers and products then manage and send quotes and invoicing all through a web browser. We created GratisLite so you don't have to use an excel template to create a quote, turn it into a .pdf then send it to a client. At Agilx we develop custom software solutions for business across the U.S. and we use GratisLite to invoice and quote customers so we figured we'd share the love and provide it free online to everyone.

Pros
Its free and can be used in short order. Interface is intuitive enough.
Cons
Very lite on features. long delays with online transactions. Invoice date, due date and terms date not intuitive (or easy to mess up). Other peculiar behaviors.
Summary
Only spent an hour evaluating this free software. Because its web-based you are at the mercy of their servers and processes. It was not a good experience. Long delays with saving invoices as pdf files. (I'm an IT developer with accounting background)

Pros
Unlimited Customers, products and Sales. Beats using excel to create professional looking invoices and sales receipts.
Cons
We would like to see more paid features. It's hard to believe this is a free service.
Summary
The GratisLite interface is really easy to use. You can simple add a customer, tack on products and create a quick receipt, invoice or quote within seconds. The receipt viewer is great because you can send by email directly within the software.
