Enterprise level survey software with great support.

Pros
We needed survey software for various employee surveys in our organization, and grapevine's software seemed very fine tuned for these purposes. It isn't the same a surveymonkey which is more of a "one size fits all" solution. They helped us get it set up and quickly addressed some of the technical problems we ran into (which we expected anyways). It was quick to get going with their help + their templates for various HR needs (employee feedback, evaluations, etc).
Cons
The software is probably more difficult to set up then one of the general survey services, but I think this is mainly because it's more customizable.
Summary
If you need surveys for HR purposes or customer feedback, this is great (especially for large companies), but from my experience it's not intended for general use surveys.
