A WASTE OF SPACE!

Pros
OK. It's a cave. It's a change of pace from the regular game, but...
Cons
It's hard to get to. Part of the island is underwater - including Malibu Club. You have to traverse a dangerous steel bridge to get into the cave, with a drop-off at the end, so there's no way out! There's nothing to do there. What's the point?
