Open up all the locked areas in Vice City with this mod.
This mod for Vice City will open all the areas that are locked by default. Over 100 changes. Numerous buildings are available for the purchase (among other things Leuchturm, stadium, etc.). Both islands from the outset attainable. New Missions (e.g. PCJ running). First mission removed. All clients are immediately available.
